What we provide

At each YMCA branch, we provide a Wellness Center for our members to utilize. This space offers state-of-the-art cardio, Matrix strength equipment, suspension trainers, and more. Members who are 14 years and older of all levels and abilities are welcome in the Wellness Center. We encourage all new members to take advantage of our FREE Wellness Center Orientations.

Call us or stop by the Member Service desk to set up your orientation.

Additional support

Personal Training and Small Group Training are available for members. Train on your own or together with your friends or family members. Our personal trainers are eager to help you reach your wellness goals so that you can stay motivated and reach all your goals safely, effectively, and with maximum results.

Age policies

In the Wellness Center, we believe families should exercise together. Upon completion of our family strength class, youth 10-11 can use the Wellness Center with their parent and after completing our teen strength class those 12-13 can exercise without their parent.

6+ children can walk the Houser walking track with a parent (the parent needs to be next to them).
